4 Different 3D Design Variations
ALL of these drawings are for the same house/backyard
Depending on plants and materials used, the total cost for the different variations ranges from $2,450 to $9,500.
Variation #1:
This variation was designed with a lower budget in mind.
The total cost for the landscaping is only $2450.
There are no trees, yet it contains a colorful yard that is affordable and enjoyable at the same time. We used Dwarf Oleander, Purple Heart, Golden Bamboo and Gopher plants for the rendering.
This type of project would take 1 day to complete.
Variation #2:
For this variation we used no budget restrictions and the total cost would be $4000; including the concrete patio and all the trees, plants, rock and irrigation.
We used Desert Spoon, Purple Heart, Golden Bamboo and Indian Hawthorn. We also used a Fruitless Olive Tree and Mediterranean Fan Palms.
This type of project would take 2 days to complete.
Variation #3:
Variation #3′ total cost would be $4350 for the landscaped area only (pool NOT included).
It contains mature landscaping (fully grown and/or matured plants only).
We used Desert Spoon, Purple Heart, Golden Bamboo, Dwarf Oleander, Fountain Grass and Sago Palms.
This type of project would take 1 day to complete.
Variation #4:
This drawing shows a grey concrete patio, landscaping and lighting.
The total projected cost is $9500.
We included mature palms, large concrete patio and mature plants with lighting on the trees. Plants include Golden Bamboo, Dwarf Oleander, Indian Hawthorn, Purple Heart and Fountain Grass. The palms are Mexican Fan Palms and Mediterrean Palms.
