We have been doing landscaping in the Las Vegas Valley for over 30 years. We are licensed, bonded and insured, the proper way. We provide all services except lawn mowing and tree trimming. We always hear, “I need a good landscaper, but how much do you charge?” Although we have great prices for what we offer, it should not be about pricing. You as a property manager have enough on your plate. We can make this portion of your life so much easier. There are no landscapers in this valley that have better customer service. We also understand that you need approval for repairs that are over $300. We will usually be well below that price so that you don’t have to go back to the customer and beg for approval.
We also do small to medium-size commercial properties but our specialty is residential. We will be your best vendor!

What we do for you as a Property Management Co.

We take payment through almost any avenue out there.
Our services are Monday through Friday, so you are not bothered on the weekend.
We can put the monthly maintenance and the weed control in a package so it is easier on the owner’s budget.
Irrigation checks are included in the repair cost as long as the repair is done at the same time.
We always notify the renter prior to weed control being performed.
We provide photos of work completed for repairs and cleanups/ cleanouts.
We invoice each property separately.
You may cancel any maintenance contract with a 30-day notice.
